It was a cheap hotel that covered all our needs. All the staff were efficient, gentle. The breakfast was large with a lot of nice eggs and bangers. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was good...

Simply no complaint, really great stay. Nice location, clean and fabulous place. The breakfasts with freshly made pancakes. Supportive staff and quick to respond😀👍

I had a really great time here! the place was clean, and the staff were all skilled and efficient. It was spacious and even had a jacuzzi, which was perfect for a bit of relaxation. Plus, it was conveniently located for shopping. 🛍️.

New-fashioned room with a minibar, satellite television, and climate control. Impeccably clean private bathroom. Location short walk to Montepulciano as well as restaurant. A huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue😀

This hotel is situated in a great location right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient.

Spa facilities (indoor pool) is ok. Underground parking is available for free.

- Standard rooms are very small, furniture is minimal, no place for suits and goods. - The balcony is shared between rooms, no privacy at all. -Internet access is organized in a terrible way, a ticket for 30 mins of connection. -We had dinner in the hotel once, then we preferred to eat outside. - Hotel web page says that bath robe and slippers are included into standard room rate, in reality it turned out that reservation through Booked.net doesn't include that, as well as access to indoor pool. I can't say if that was the issue of the hotel or Booked.net -Attitude varies from person to person, disappointing attitude from the restaurant service staff. - I asked the reception to move us to another side of the building (smell from the kitchen if you open the window). They asked me to pack things and promised to give me the room on the same floor. When I came to the hotel my staff was moved to the room with the shared balcony (!!!) on another floor with the words "sorry, the hotel is fully booked". Groups are coming and leaving the hotel during 10 days, but they never found a better room for me. I consider it as unacceptable behavior... Especially the way it was done !!!

The staff here are really friendly and do a great job. the facilities overall are quite nice too. 😊.

The facilities throughout the hotel are fantastic. Spa, sauna, steam room, pools, wellness centre are all really well equipped and treatments reasonably priced. My husband had the best massage ever- a four hand massage- try it for yourself. Also the service from the stand-in barman. We asked for a caprioska which he had not made before, but did a great job under pressure, along with a friendly smile!

Did not like the fact that there was absolutely no signage to find the hotel, had to go to the Grand Hotel to get instructions. Maybe if we had gps would not have been a problem tho.

Wir kannten das Admiral Palace bereits aus einem früheren Urlaub- der Ausdruck "Grand Hotel" ist berechtigt, denkt man an die großzüge Auffahrt zum Hotel, die große moderne Eingangshalle, den chicen modernen Speisesaal und den Spa-Bereich. Das Personal ist professionell, im Speisesaal freundlich, an der Rezeption manchmal etwas distanziert. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, und die Preise zu denen sie an bestimmten Tagen bei booking com angeboten werden wirklich unschlagbar: Leben im Grand Hotel zu kleinem Preis.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist teilweise etwas überspannt. Leider gab es an dem Abend unserer übernachtung in der Halle eine Musikdarbietung, die so laut war, daß man an der Rezeption, wollte man dort etwas fragen, kaum mehr sein eigenes Wort verstand.

I love staying at this place when I visit. the breakfast is top-notch, they even serve delicious eggs and sausages. the rooms are spacious and fancy, plus they come with a jacuzzi for some extra relaxation 😊.

Spacious, modern room with a pretty clean bathroom. 🛁 Lots of dining choices with tasty food. Convenient location for our trip to the Art Museum, just a short walk away from here.
